Finding God’s heart for the world

We want our church to be more than just a weekly worship service.  Our visions statement is, “Following Jesus as a family for the good of the world.”  We believe that separating following Jesus from serving in our communities is impossible.  We also believe that finding the connection to a community that we all deeply desire is the product of a church that is moving forward in God’s mission.  God loves justice and is actively restoring Redlands and the Inland Empire; we want to join what God is already doing.

While we can’t do everything, we have found a few things that we hope are making a difference.  A few things we are doing are…

• Delivering food to HIV+ families in our community
• Distributing food out of Joseph’s Storehouse on Wednesday mornings
• Big Brother/Big Sister programs with local foster-care group homes
• Supporting single moms
