Creation Care 101

Over the next few weeks we will be looking at our role in caring for the earth and all of the endless varieties of life that live on it.  From the beginning God called Man to look after the earth and partner with the creature and the soil.  As we dive into these discussions we will attempt to understand the benefits of treating our world with respect and the consequences we face when we exploit it.

Topics will include:

-How to live healthy sustainable lives.

-The Organic Movement.

-Global Warming.

-Carcinogens all around us and what that means.

-Green trends vs. Green living

-Why nature is important to our lives and sanity.

-Community Gardens

-The Church vs. The Green Movement

-Sabbath rest for the land

We as Christians should be leading the way in environmental issues.  Come and join us as we seek to increase our awareness of these issues, and attempt to incorporate the things we learn into our daily lives.
