  • Members – Increased to amount commensurate to maintain balanced budget, according to Options 1 through 3.

• Pastor

  • Keep Senior Pastor Salary line at current amount -- $74,000 per year and continue to pay FCC $73,506.24 or $3,062.76 per year.

• Executive Children’s Director

  • Wages – Increased 3% COLA to $37,139.17, per approval by Leadership Team – equates to $23.81 per hour (@ 30 hours per week).

  • Payroll Taxes: Increased commensurate with increase in wages. Employer portion of Medicare 6.2% & Social Security 1.45% and SDI 1.20%.
